With QTLS status, an NPQ in Leading Teaching Development, and advanced qualifications across beauty, holistic therapy, and hairdressing, including IHBC/VTCT, IIHHT, CIBTAC, and City & Guilds. Paula brings both depth and precision to every course. Her assessor and internal verifier awards ensure consistently high training standards.
