I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist, Tutor and Reiki Seichem Master Practitioner and Teacher with many years’ experience.
I have always had an interest in alternative medicine and therapies and, in 2006 decided to enrol on a massage course at my local college. Once qualified, and after practising on many friends and family, I set up Holistic Zone in 2007.
Since then I have studied many more therapies and techniques to provide a full range of courses. My speciality is massage, and in 2019, I completed an Advanced and Deep Tissue course to broaden my knowledge even further. I also have a real passion for helping people.

I gained my teaching qualification in 2005 and I really love teaching and seeing the changes complementary therapies can make to a person's life. Often when people start to follow an interest in this area, it becomes a lifelong passion. There is always something new to learn and I feel privileged to have been part of this journey for so many people.

Course dates

Courses are available on Monday’s, Friday's and Saturday's subject to availability. Please see the online booking page for dates. If you do not see a suitable date for the course you want, then please do get in touch as we may be able to offer an alternative.
Facilities
​
Refreshments will be provided. We are a short walk to local supermarkets and a sandwich shop. Alternatively, you can bring lunch with you.
Class size
​
The are no minimum numbers for courses to run at this venue, as we can offer one-to-one training at no extra cost. Our maximum class size is four (dependant on the course).

Venue
​
Our Head Office and Poole training centre is located in Hamworthy. Just 2 miles from Poole town centre, easy to reach by train and bus. If you are driving, there is free parking on the front of the property or in the street. The venue is a lovingly transformed warm and tranquil cabin space. It is fully insulated and decorated to a high standard.

The training room is situated at ground floor level, with two small steps up.
