Sophie has been a qualified massage and beauty therapist since 2007. She started her business at the age of 19 so has many years of experience in the industry. For a few years Sophie also worked in schools before deciding to combine her love of education with her passion for therapies, when she completed her teaching qualification in 2026 to enable her to pass on her skills and experience to a new generation of therapists.

Massage and stress relieving treatments have always been her speciality and she is trained in many areas of massage, beauty and holistic therapies. She believes we should never stop learning and improving ourselves so is always excited to learn new techniques herself.

She is looking forward to welcoming students to her therapy training room which is always a friendly and supportive space for all.

Refreshments are provided. If you do not want to bring your own lunch there is a shop selling hot and cold food, a pub with rooms and cafe are within walking distance in the village. A short drive takes you to many different amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, takeaways etc.

Class size

The are no minimum numbers for courses to run at this venue, we can offer one-to-one training at no extra cost. Our maximum class size is six.

There is free parking at the venue. The nearest train stations are Cottingham and Hull and there are direct busses or taxi services to Dunswell from both stations.
