Level 3 Accredited Practitioners Diploma
The Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies has been designed to prepare you for a career as a complementary therapist, whether it be as an aromatherapist, reflexologist or massage therapist/practitioner. This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice and business practice for complementary therapies. You will learn about anatomy, physiology and pathology for complementary therapies. You will also develop your understanding and practical skills to provide body massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. This is a 6 month course with 12 practical training sessions. The 13th day will be your assessments once you have completed your practice sessions and case studies.

Course format
​
Home study : 6 modules (Principals & Practices of Complementary Therapies, Business Practice for Complementary Therapies and Body Massage for Complementary Therapies, Provide Aromatherapy for Complementary Therapies and Provide Reflexology for Complementary Therapies and Anatomy & Physiology).
12 days practical training sessions.
Body Massage at least 30 client session treatments, and case studies five clients you have treated at least six times.
Aromatherapy least ay 60 client session treatments and case studies six clients you have treated at least six times.
Reflexology least at 100 client treatments treatments case studies three clients you have treated at least six times.
Practical assessment session which includes oral questioning
Approximate learning time for the entire course is 200+ hours.

Group training - no, students will work on each other.
One-to-one training - yes, you will be required to bring a model along to the practical training to practice your routine on.

However, please note this level 3 qualification is not formally assessed or accredited by awarding bodies such as City & Guilds, Pearson, VTCT or ITEC although the course content aligns with their standards.
