Carol Steel is a lead tutor at Rejoovd Academy, where we believe exceptional therapists are developed through expert teaching, practical experience, personalised support and strong professional ethics.

Carol brings extensive experience across education, assessment and hands-on therapy practice. She has spent 16 years in further education, delivering and assessing Beauty Therapy Levels 1, 2 and 3, as well as holistic therapy qualifications aligned with VTCT standards. This background gives her a strong understanding of structured course delivery, learner support, assessment requirements
and professional training standards.
She holds a Certificate in Education from Anglia Ruskin University, the City & Guilds Further and Adult Education Teachers’ Certificate and the EDI Level 3 Award in Assessing Candidates Using a Range of Methods. These qualifications underpin her ability to deliver high-quality, standards-based training in a supportive and professional learning environment.
Alongside her teaching and assessing credentials, Carol is qualified across a broad range of massage, beauty and complementary therapies. Her experience includes working within spa and wellness environments, as well as 15 years supporting a chiropractor, giving her valuable insight into client care, treatment standards, professional boundaries and safe practice within a multidisciplinary setting.
At Rejoovd Academy, Carol is committed to developing therapists who are safe, confident, ethical and client-focused. Her teaching approach ensures that students gain not only practical treatment skills, but also a solid grounding in consultation, anatomy, professional conduct, client care and treatment quality, preparing them for long-term success in practice.

Food
There is a selection of local businesses close to the Academy, including Stantons Coffee, Sainsbury’s Local, convenience shops and several takeaway food options where students can purchase drinks, snacks or lunch. A wider choice of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops is available in Enfield Town, just one stop away by train. Alternatively bring your own lunch.

For students requiring overnight accommodation, Travelodge London Enfield is the nearest chain hotel and is a short walk from Bush Hill Park station. Kathleen House and other accommodation options are also available around Enfield Town. Students should check availability, prices and travel arrangements directly with their chosen accommodation provider.

To ensure the best learning experience, courses at this venue run with a minimum of three students and a maximum of eight. Should a course not meet the minimum number, we may need to rearrange the training date, and we will always work closely with you to find an alternative that suits your schedule.
Venue
Rejoovd Academy operates within an established wellness and treatment centre, providing students with a professional and relevant environment in which to learn. Our dedicated practical training space is approximately 40m² and can accommodate up to 8-10 students, depending on the course, equipment requirements and level of practical supervision needed. We focus on small-group, hands-on training so that students receive appropriate guidance, individual feedback and support throughout their learning.
Students are encouraged to contact us before attending if they have any accessibility requirements, medical considerations or additional learning needs so that we can discuss how best to support them.

Three is free parking (limited to 3 vehicles). Parking is only controlled Monday-Friday between 1pm-2pm. Rejoovd Academy is well connected by public transport. Bush Hill Park station, served by the London Overground Weaver line, is located immediately beside Queen Anne’s Place and is less than a minute’s walk from the Academy. The station provides direct services from London Liverpool Street via Seven Sisters, where students can connect with the Victoria line. Enfield Town is one stop away. Nearby bus routes include the 192, 217, 231 and 377, providing connections with Enfield Town, Tottenham Hale, Turnpike Lane, Edmonton Green, Waltham Cross, Oakwood and surrounding areas. Students are advised to check the TfL journey planner before travelling.
