Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is the body's response to anything that requires attention or action. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way you respond to stress, however, makes a big difference to your overall wellbeing.

In this course you will develop knowledge and understanding of stress and the strategies used to manage stress for yourself and to help your clients. With plenty of worksheets and examples to use in your treatment sessions.
This course will help you to gain the suitable knowledge required to provide professional advice, and information to clients in a compassionate and confidential manner. It will not qualify you to diagnose client’s issues.

Course format
Home study - 4 modules which are a combination of assignments and knowledge tests
5 treatments as case studies to be completed.
Practical assessment, this will need to be done live, or via skype or teams. Alternatively, you can send a complete video of yourself performing the treatment.
