Terri is  a multi award-winning beauty therapist, educator and mentor with over 16 years of experience in the beauty industry and 8 years in teaching.

She started her journey with a simple spray tan course that completely changed her life. From there, she built fully booked businesses working mobile, from home and within salons, before going on to manage salons and academies and step into consultancy roles within training environments. Terri experienced every side of the industry, which means she doesn't just teach the theory, she teach's real life, practical beauty business skills that actually work.

Terri is a fully qualified in Beauty Therapy, Nails, Make-up and Massage, and holds all relevant teaching and assessing qualifications. She had the privilege of teaching learners of all ages and abilities, supporting complete beginners right through to experienced therapists looking to grow their skills or move into education themselves.

Massage has always been a real passion of hers. There’s something so powerful about the ability to help someone relax, relieve tension and genuinely feel better both physically and mentally. Terri loves passing this on to my learners, not just teaching techniques, but helping them understand the “why” behind what they’re doing so they can become confident, intuitive therapists.

Her teaching style is friendly, supportive and down to earth. She prides herself on creating a comfortable learning environment where no question is a silly question and everyone feels encouraged to grow in confidence.
