Aromatherapy massage is a popular mainstream therapy, and is offered at any reputable spa or beauty treatment clinic. Our comprehensive professional course guides you carefully through everything you need to know to carry out an aromatherapy treatment for your clients.
This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the salon, anatomy and physiology and aromatherapy services. You will learn about the properties of essential oils, blending essential oils to suit your clients needs, also carrier oils and their own properties.
This CPD course is carried out as a home study and can be started at anytime.

Additional costs
You will need to purchase your own products and equipment in order to carry out your case studies and practice your skills. We recommend doTERRA essential oils. You can purchase them here. You will also need a measuring and blending set. You can purchase a starter kit here.
Pre-requisites
A massage qualification is required to enrol on this course or in any therapy in which you wish to incorporate the use of essential oils.
A good standard of written and verbal English
An Anatomy & Physiology qualification is preferred but not essential
Minimum age 18
Course format
Online course work which is a combination of assignments and knowledge tests
5 treatments as case studies to be completed.
Practical assessment, this will need to be done live (via skype or teams). Alternatively, you can send a complete video of yourself performing the treatment.
