As the founder and owner of Holistic Zone, I would like to introduce myself to you. I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist, Tutor and Reiki Seichem Master Practitioner and Teacher with many years’ experience. I have won many awards for my therapies and treatments including The Hair & Beauty Awards National Winner for

Massage Therapist of the Year 2020, National & Gold Winner - Best Training Centre of Excellence 2020 and Southern Enterprise Awards

Training Academy of the Year 2020 and Distinction Award for Client Service Excellence 2020.

 

I am also a wife to my wonderful hubby and mum to 2 rescue fur babes! I am originally from London and moved to Dorset in the 80's with my family. I lived here for 10 years before moving back to London. Then in 2012 my husband and I just decided to move to Poole. I absolutely love living in Dorset and enjoy outdoor life. I love long walks along our beautiful coastal paths and in the lovely countryside. I love the sea and am a keen diver and love snorkelling too (but mainly in warmer seas!). I also love to cook. 

 

I have always had an interest in alternative medicine and therapies and, in 2006 decided to enrol on a massage course at my local college. Once qualified, and after practising on many friends and family, I set up Holistic Zone in 2007.

 

Since then I have studied many more therapies and techniques to provide a full range of services for my clients.  My speciality is massage, and in 2019,
I completed an Advanced and Deep Tissue course to broaden my knowledge even further. I also have a real passion for helping people.

 

I would like to inspire you to transform your health and well-being through my therapies and with the help of the amazing dõTERRA essential oils and essential oil products. I began using dõTERRA products in 2012 and use them for my family’s health and well-being (yes, that does include the dogs!), as well as in my treatments. I am very privileged to be one of select few therapists that offer the ArõmaTouch Technique treatment.​​

For many years, I had wanted to teach and, in 2015, I gained my teaching qualification. I then started to teach for a training company to gain experience. In 2018, after a lot of hard work I gained full accredited status as an independent training academy. A very proud moment for me.

I gained my teaching qualification in 2005 and I really love teaching and seeing the changes complementary therapies can make to a person's life. Often when people start to follow an interest in this area, it becomes a lifelong passion. There is always something new to learn and I feel privileged to have been part of this journey for so many people.
